What we are doing in response to COVID-19

PARRY BEACH BREAKS AND COVID19

While we have been working with a number of people wishing to cancel or defer their bookings we are also experiencing increased demand from people wanting longer stays and a place to 'ride it out' in a beautiful peaceful environment.

 

To ensure we are most actively addressing the needs of both these requirements please read this list of modifications to our procedures to ensure your utmost convenience and safety:

 

Current bookings wishing to delay or cancel

IF you cancellation is more than 90 days a full refund will be given.

If your cancellation is less than 90 days but more than 30 days out from your booking our current cancellation criteria apply where you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $250 booking and processing fee.

If your cancellation is within the 30 day period, we will not charge you the full amount of your stay as required under our conditions. We will hold your deposit to go towards an alternative booking anytime within a 12 month period from your current booking. If you wish to cancel rather than defer your booking, your deposit can not be refunded.

Current reservations checking in the same day someone else is checking out

If this is the case with your current booking we ask you to dealy check in until after 5pm and check out by 9am rather than 10am. To ensure the safety of both our guests and our cleaning teams we wish to expand the ‘gap’ between checkout and check-in as long as possible to allow a thorough clean of the property. 

Future reservations

We are going to build in a 24 hour 'no occupancy’ gap between all future reservations. Again, this gives our cleaning staff more time for thorough disinfecting and removes any potential risk of the virus being passed from one reservation to the next.

 

MAKING YOUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE

 

ACCOMMODATION

  • All our accommodation is fully self contained, with full size kitchens, fridge/freezer plus in room laundry with washing machines and clothes lines. 

  • Our Beach Houses have large open living areas, with incredible views giving you plenty of indoor and outdoor space to stay and relax without feeling walled in..

  • We  offer you a no-contact check in, meaning you are not required to visit us upon arrival.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

  • Denmark IGA is  still open 7 days per week from 7:30am till late for all your grocery requirements. 

  • Local restaurants  Nornabar, Denmark Tavern and Pepper & Salt are offering take away options if you wish to have a night off cooking.

Weddings Bookings 2020

Due to the high demand for wedding venues once restrictions are lifted we are now taking additional wedding bookings from (eg Sept). To discover our remaining dates for 2020 please email [email protected]
In the event your wedding needs to postponed due to government restrictions we will:

  • Move your wedding to an available next year
  • Your balance will be altered to be due 90 days before your new wedding date
  • We will retain your deposit.

 

We understand this is an unsettling time for everyone, particularly those with travel plans. However, rest assured we will keep all our guests and customers fully updated with any changes to the situation here in Western Australia and at Parry Beach Breaks.
